His original price was fair, but he gave us an additional 20% off for being a new customer. Carlos went in the attic to determine the casue of the leak. He replaced the rotten deckwood and fascia. We were extermely pleased with his work. You can’t even tell we had to have work done. He made everything look brand new. He was also very cautious and put a tarp on our driveway so nothing would damage our newly paved driveway. I feel we recieved added value from this company.”

“My experience with them was terrific. They weren’t the least expensive among other companies, but were second most expensive. However, when Carlos came out, he was the only one out of the 4 companies who asked us and went and looked in the crawlspace. We don’t have traditional attic since we live in South Florida. So he looked at the issues and was nice too. The roof is fine now and it’s been fantastic. The price was good and we are surprised. We would use their services in the future too. I had some wood damage and it was regarding the fascia board. The roofer not only replaced it, but also did some caulking work. I didn’t even ask him to do so. He then painted the fascia which wasn’t a part of the initial agreement. Tony and his wife were lovely people. They did a superb job all the way around.”
